Posting from Christchurch today and just when I thought I had got out of Selwyn the Ballet boys had made it onto the news. The Selwyn Ballet is one of Selwyn's longest-standing and best-known traditions, this year marking the 82nd year it has been performed. Each year the fresher boys learn a routine and perform it at the annual Capping Show (and often a rugby game)- full tutu and makeup included.
